Some old adage says "practice what you preach", well do you practice what you preach?! Because more often we're caught off guard and/or ironically do not do what we teach to others. Take an instance of an "Entrepreneurship teacher" who teaches this life-support subject but hasn't owned any sort of entrepreneural or business. Boundaries are set rules and limits one put in place to creat a safe way to interact with others. Boundaries can be physiological, emotional, and physical. And creating boundaries can lead to better emotional and mental health along with developing better sense of self-  identify what your request is of your partner, communicate with ya partner bout' your requested boundaries and expectation round' the ask. Tell your partner what the request is however make sure not to over explain yourself. Make sure to tell your partner why your boundary is important to you along with why you them to be respected. The difficult part is when the boundary is crossed, make sure to follow thru and hold your partner accountable when the boundary and the agreement is not respected....

 Do you ever meet people who teach you about self worth without saying a word ? I was born to treat a janitor with the same respect as the CEO. Back in 2014 during senior six vac, I was staying with my aunt in Gulu. She once hired a farmhand he was a young man in his early thirty. The young man was an Acholi from Purongo (let's call him James) and was employed to work at the farm. He was hired during school holiday and I was present when he came for his first day at work. He would wake early, work in the farms. My aunt had several farms. So, he accompanied her and her other farm workers. Now, my aunt's day starts at 4am and by noon she's done. So, afternoon you would find him (James) all washed up, neatly dressed and chilling in the garden. My aunt had several workers. Some at the house, others were cattle keepers, ground keepers, askaris etc. She hadwwwwwww an entire battalion. Each member of the battalion had their own duties. It's going to be hard, but so what?!   One of the things that I have learnt to be whatsoever I want to be is that I have to understand having pride in my self. I have to have self pride meaning I'm absolutely comfortable with who I am, comfortable with the person I represent. Proud that God made me the way I am, proud to be the person that I am and the things that I do make me proud, I am proud of my decisions. I am proud of the people that I've gathered around my self, my family, friends and People that I call dear to me, I am proud of it! I am super proud of my intelligence, my knowledge, I'm proud of everything that I stand for. I've gotten to that place and understand that; that's the principal, now I'm so proud that IAM INNO! so I don't need to go around, walk around apologizing to people or trying to look something that I am not or trying to sound something that I am not or trying to appeal to people in so many different ways just so they can have approval, they can say Inno we accept you...

The likes of Denzel, Will Smith, Harrison Ford, I can go on you know Leonardo DeCaprio, these are very very successful people, they're fantastic actors and phenomenal success stories. But they've one thing in common - lots of them have been doing it for 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 years.
