  Develop a passion and an attitude towards what u do. There nothing wrong with what u do, there's nothing wrong with the industry that you're in right now - what's wrong with you is: you associate pain to work. We associate failure to things before we even attempt them, we dimiss ourselves prior to the trials we actually say: " I'm gonna give it a go but I don't know if actually I can do it.   What we do is using our brain to get out of the ghetto any way we can. So we tell these stories, and they tend to be violent because our world tends to be filled with violence.
